In this second and final part of the series, Dr. Posch covers IEF separation, using immobilized pH gradient (IPG) strips, running second-dimension PAGE, spot detection, gel matching, and data analysis. If you want to perform great 2DGE, it is well worth your while to watch these two tutorials.
